Unlike typical boarding facilities that rely solely on large playgroups to keep dogs entertained, we take a more thoughtful approach. Our mission is to provide enrichment opportunities that stimulate both the body and mind, leaving your furry friend not just tired, but truly satisfied.

 

During their stay with us, your dog will have access to a variety of enriching activities tailored to their individual preferences and needs. From invigorating Sniffari walks that engage their senses to peaceful hikes through local scenic trails, you dog's day will be filled with excitement and exploration. For those dogs who thrive on physical challenges or who adhere to specific conditioning programs, we offer the option of utilizing a slatmill—a specialized treadmill designed for canine fitness—as well as chain dragging/drag sled exercises, tailored to their comfort level and ability. Additionally, our enrichment program includes balance/core exercises, interactive food dispensing toys and scent-based 'find it' games, outdoor scent stations, and daily training sessions led by our experienced trainer, Kristi.

 

Speaking of Kristi, our head trainer brings nearly a decade of experience in training and competing in PSA, 5 years competing in ADBA Top Dog events,  along with extensive experience handling and caring for security patrol and detection dogs. With a passion for working and sport dogs, Kristi's expertise ensures that your beloved companion is in the best hands possible during their stay at Camp K9.
 

And what's even better? Your dog will enjoy a cozy home environment under the care of Kristi. That's correct—no bustling, chaotic kennel setting here. While many other facilities provide a loud and frenzied atmosphere, we take pride in providing a tranquil and serene stay for your furry friend.

When you board your dog with us, you'll receive a swag bag of goodies for both you and your furry friend, daily updates via social media, easy communication via text or email, and emailed handouts of all the tricks and training exercises we worked on during their stay.
